    Each holder hands the dBL to the next party, who opens it and accepts. Every handover is recorded.

    Anyone with the verification link can check a dBL’s status and record, without an account.

Shippers, consignees, agents and banks named on a dBL do not need an account to receive, hold, hand over or verify one.
